Promotional Materials


GOODIE BAGS

For our Annapolis sale we will be giving out goodie bags to our shoppers. If you have a business in Anne Arundel County and would like to be included in our goodie bags, the cost to be included is $35. You would provide 500 copies of your brochure or promotional item to us at least 10 days before the sale. Please fill out this form and snail-mail it to us with a check.
Click Here. Great ideas of things to include would be coupons, pens, magnets, samples of products or anything else that will fit into a small bag! If you would also like a link from our website the price would be $50 (which would include both the goodie bags as well as the link).

Swap Marketing

If you are a business that has an email data base of at least 500 names (in the appropriate parent demographic) and you are able to email a letter about our sale to your database, we will waive the $35 fee to put your promotional materials in our goodie bag. We are also open to other marketing ideas, so don’t hesitate to contact us! Between our consignors and our shoppers we had over 1000 parents & grandparents attend our last sale - if this is your target demographic, let’s work together! New Fundraising Opportunites


Do you work with a non-profit or school that is always looking for ways to raise money for their programs? Now Wee-Sale is offering a way to help! Two new fundraising opportunies for Girl Scouts, PTAs, pre-schools, etc -- any qualified organization that is trying to raise money for good things!

There are two ways to participate:
 
Easy:  

1.  Print out this flyer.
2. Stamp or write your organization’s name & address in the appropriate place. (Please include address so we know where to send a check!)

3. Copy the flyer (brightly colored paper works best!)

4. Hand out to every family you know! (Insert in book bags, hand out at school events, sports events, etc –with proper permission from the venue of course!)

5. When they bring the flyer into the sale, Wee-Sale will give $1 per flyer (one per family, per sale) OR $3 per new consignor who consigns a minimum of 20 items at the sale to the organization on the flyer. A check will be mailed within two weeks of the sale made out directly to the organization.

 
 A little more work, but potentially much more money!

 Put someone in charge (no, that’s not supposed to be the part that is more work!)

  1. Register your organization as a consignor on our web system.
  2. Families donate HIGH QUAILITY items to your group. Wee-Sale will design flyers to encourage families to participate.
  3. Your group will hang, tag, price the things and deliver them to our sale.
  4. Your group can then either pick up the items that do not sell or donate them to our charity (the Mission of Peace)
  5. A check will be sent for 55% of the sales price directly to your organization.
